Chase Hammock Lakes Homeowner's Association, Inc., is a Florida not for profit corporation established for management and upkeep of the Chase Hammock Lakes subdivision. This gated private community is located on Florida's Space Coast just four miles south of the Kennedy Space Center and minutes from Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Stables and many other amenities.

What We Do

Property Management

Represent the interests of the homeowners while maintaining the upkeep of the common grounds, facilities, road and appearance of the community.

Financial Stewardship

Enact fiduciary financial duties by overseeing and manage operating costs, develop forecasts and budgets to account in preparation of future upkeep and replacement costs.

Architectual Compliance

Ensure new construction and various property improvement changes meet the agreed upon standards and enhance the appeal and character of our neighborhood.
