PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING A MEMBER LOGON: 
In an effort of transparency, this website has been put together for members to provide access to HOA events, communication and access to required historical documents, all in electronic format.  This website is specifically for community members only, and we need to be able to communicate electronically and/or by phone to prevent cybercriminal access.  Thus, we will only grant a logon to members who have an Electronic Notification Authorization on file.  This is required for member website logon access. 
New website membership requires administrative review and approval.  It is not an automatic process and on average it takes about a day.  Submitting the information in the form below is consent for the HOA to utilize this as a means of communication.  If the information provided in this request is not on file with the HOA, a phone call may be required to confirm this request and/or potentially require an updated Electronic Notification Authorization form before processing this request.
Our administrative team will communicate via the admin@chlhoa.com mail account during your membership request.  Please check your Junk or Spam folder periodically during this period. 
NOTE: A single registration for each email address is accepted.  Duplicate registration attempts using the same email address will fail with the message "The email you entered is incorrect".
